I’m a relational therapist committed to helping adults learn how to walk through the world with strength and balance. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs about our roles and relationships. I believe in a collaborative, strength-based approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about validating emotions, providing a non-judgmental space, and using evidence-based techniques to increase awareness and reduce suffering. I provide individual and couples counseling, therapeutic intensives, and group therapy for adults with relational difficulties.
